NEW Coventry Hospice
Progress of the build June 2010
The build of the new hospice is nearing completion, and here at Zoë's Place we are getting excited to see the completed building, and eventually move in and open its doors!
We are at a stage where we can start to show our supporters just where funds are being directed and how their hard work is paying off - after a recent open evening at the site, here are a few pictures of the progress.

Ground Breaking!
After completing the sale on a plot of land on the site of Exhall Grange School we held our official Ground Breaking Ceremony on the 5th June 2009. The event was attended by the Deputy Lord Mayor and his wife, Lady Daventry, Our Chairman Professor Jack Scarisbrick and his wife Nuala, Deborah, Mo and Noah Linster-Ali and many of our Lions, Rotary and Corporate supporters.
The event marked the start of the build process for our third baby hospice.

The build is set to cost approximately £730,000 and take 9 months to complete, so we are hoping to be fully up and running by the end of 2010.
The hospice will be a purpose built building consisting of 5 cot rooms and a high dependency unit, wet and dry play areas, a multi-sensory pod and gardens and a self contained parental suite.
